Board Breaking!

This week, we have real wooden board available at the school for students to try and break. On Saturday, brown belt Sydney got to try it out!














Master Latherow shows Sydney the proper foot position for her Side Kick!











Next, Sydney shows respect and courtesy by asking her parents for permission to break her board.













On the first attempt, she wasn't able to break the board, but she didn't give up!












Finally, she executes a great side kick and breaks the board right through the middle!
